I have over 20 years of yogic practice experience and have studied Meridian Healing yoga, Sat Nam Rasayan, and Ayurvedic Healing Yoga and am certified to practice JivAtma healing. I have spent thousands of hours teaching time in group classes and Level One Teacher’s Training, supporting and helping direct people to find their paths since 2000. I am a certified level one Teacher’s Trainer and Level One Kundalini Yoga Teacher and am Yoga Alliance RYS 200-hour certified.

“I have completed many yoga sessions with Sahaj and also a couple of Energy Healing sessions. One thing that I can say about Sahaj is that she is very genuine and shows compassion throughout her work. It feels as if I have known her longer than I actually have.
